All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only!!

*Items must be returned with all labels intact and free of stains damages and/or (smoke, etc)

*All the original shipping charges are non- refundable.

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our mistake (Incorrect or defective).

To start a return, you can contact us at sod@substanceofdivine.com and instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided.

*Take note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE.

SUBSTANCE OF DIVINE is not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages, all PRIORITY MAIL packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation with insurance up to $100

If package is unclaimed in any event USPS will return back to Substance of Divine, we’ll contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be applied.

If no contact is made in 60 days we’ll issue a store credit minus shipping and handling on unclaimed items.

If you have lost packages than you must file a claim directly with USPS, this is not the responsibility of Substance of Divine.
